Irina Nalis a freelance researcher and strategy consultant working in the field of transformational psychology. She has 15+ years of experience consulting with private/public/non-profit institutions. As an initiator, co-designer and facilitator of a variety of projects at the intersections of politics/economics/science/arts and civil society, she seeks to co-creatively develop resources for resonance and resilience. As a lecturer and university teacher, she seeks to share insights on UN SDG 8 (decent work and economic growth) on dignified work but also on psychological growth.
